1. I DON'T HAVE A HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGE FOR PRINT.
California Canopy understands that not all artwork and logos may be available in high resolution files that are necessary for quality print. Should you need help recreating your image so it can be used for print, we are happy to provide this service for a fee, which varies depending on design. Upon purchasing recreated images, you will receive high resolution file(s) that you can use again and again for other print and design needs.
2. WHAT ARE MY PRINT LOCATIONS OPTIONS?
California Canopy offers a number of products that you can personalize with your design. Each product will offer different print location(s) based on the size and shape of the product. Though our design studio highlights most print location, we are happy to discuss any additional print options you would like to explore. We love customizing and are happy to help you create exactly what you are looking for. Please note that added print locations may include additional fees. California Canopy understand that you have a vision and we want to help you create it, that is why we work with a number of manufacturers that offer many different products, sizes and color options. 1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the custom nature of your order, as custom-printed items are made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns. Although we cannot accept returns on these custom printed products, California Canopy will happily replace items at their discretion should they arrive damaged or if the quality is unsatisfactory.
Please allow proper time to receive your replacement. All items must pass through quality control before being accepted for replacement. Those items that fail this inspection will be returned to the customer without replacement issuance. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
No replacements will be honored without meeting the preceding conditions.
– Report of any damage or unsatisfactory quality is made within 48 hours of receiving your order. – For your protection, we strongly recommend that all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx etc.). 1. DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY POLICY?
California Canopy offers a warranty on Wholesale Custom Canopies. California Canopy® manufacturer of California Canopy Custom Canopies warrants to the original retail purchaser who provides a dated sales receipt-each part of the PAS Custom Canopy to have a warranty for a period of TWO years (depending on the model) after the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer. California Canopy obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of the product or its parts, after its own review and examination. RETURN ADVISORY — Before returning any part or product to California Canopy or its designated representative, please contact us to obtain specific return shipping instructions. All shipping costs must be prepaid at customer’s expense and PAS is not responsible for products damaged in transit. CONDITIONS— This warranty shall be void as to any product which has been altered or modified in any manner. PRODUCTS MUST BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED WITHIN 48-hrs of DELIVERY for WARRANTY TO BE VALID. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by wind, rain, or other forces of nature, nor to accidental or deliberated damage of the product, nor to use of the product that does not conform with the product instructions. This express warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. California Canopy in not responsible for minor blemishes to the canopies during transit. Disclaimer: In no event shall Play California Canopy be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products.
2. ARE CANOPY BAG ALSO UNDER WARRANTY?
California Canopy canopy storage bags with wheels are not a warranty item, however we are happy to provide replacement bag details should there be a need.
